Refund policy

1. Before your code is delivered

A pre-order can be cancelled at any time before the download code is issued, for any reason, with a full refund. That covers the whole period up to launch, November 19, 2026.

2. After your code is delivered

We accept returns for seven days from the date the code is delivered, provided the code has not been redeemed on PlayStation Network or Xbox. This is a voluntary policy: it is not required by US federal law, and we offer it because we would rather refund a buyer who changed their mind than keep a purchase they did not want.

3. Redeemed codes

Once a code is redeemed on a platform account, the purchase can no longer be refunded, because the licence has been consumed. If the code does not work, contact us: we will replace it or refund you in full.

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to the contact address on your payment receipt with the order reference shown in your confirmation (format L6-…) and the email used at checkout. We reply within two business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer. Stripe's processing fee is not deducted from your refund.

5. Late or missing deliveries

If the code has not arrived within 48 hours of launch, contact us before opening a chargeback. We will trace the order and either deliver the code or refund you in full.

6. Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not replace, the rights you have under applicable law, including state consumer protection statutes that cannot be waived. Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we cannot deliver within the time stated we must notify you and offer a full refund. Where this policy and the law conflict, the law prevails.
